As a(n) Client Solution Specialist you will be part of PNC's Mortgage Home Lending Center organization. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. Schedule: Saturday-Wednesday, 9-5pm EST or Monday-Friday, 11:30-8pm EST Bilingual Spanish Preferred This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Gathers required documentation.
• Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy.
• Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes.
• May administer implementation plans.
• Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.
• Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications.
• Provides reports as needed.
• May perform general administrative support.
