As a Sr. Client Solution Specialist (Market Coordinator) within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL. This is an administrative position reporting to the Market Leader in Birmingham. In this role you will be responsible for providing office support, including but not limited to working with the Market Leader to manage reporting and documentation, expense management and reporting, meeting coordination and scheduling. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• May serve as a customer solutions resource.
• Gathers required documentation.
• Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy.
• Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes.
• May administer implementation plans and related client interactions.
• Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.
• Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications.
• Provides reports as needed.
• May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.
