Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high accuracy standards.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new platforms (such as MDS and online application systems).
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in payments, financial services, or a support role.
  • Familiarity with compliance, risk review, or auditing processes.
  • Experience working with workflow management or document processing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Review account documentation and support account specialists in areas such as account boarding, risk reviews, collections, and general account support.
  • Assist audit teams to ensure adherence to current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), especially those related to Discover.
  • Conduct compliance checks and support daily process reviews to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
  • Review and process information in the MDS system and online application system, including running reports, reviewing workflow queues, and verifying banking information.
  • Review documents imaged in Worldpay systems, submitted by internal teams or merchants, ensuring completeness and compliance with standards.
