Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
• Build strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy and active listening
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions or additional services
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
• Track customer interactions in the CRM system and ensure all inquiries are properly documented

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service or related experience
• A passion for helping customers and going the extra mile to find the solution to their problems
• A problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
