We’re hiring a Client Service Associate to join our high-performing Concierge team—a group known for turning service into partnership. This is more than a support role; it’s a launchpad for professionals who want to grow their careers while making a real impact. What You'll do Be the first point of contact for advisors, staff, and clients—delivering proactive, high-touch service with professionalism and care. Own the experience from start to finish, resolving a wide range of service requests with sound judgment and a solutions-first mindset. Navigate complex or ambiguous situations with confidence, collaborating across departments to deliver timely, tailored outcomes. Help advisors and clients confidently use platforms like AdvisorComplete and Wealthscape. Document interactions in Salesforce to ensure clarity, consistency, and follow-through.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client service within financial services, banking, or operations
  • Strong judgment and discretion in navigating complex client needs.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • SIE and Series 7 required (or obtained within 6 months of employment
