Own the experience from start to finish, resolving a wide range of service requests with sound judgment and a solutions-first mindset. Navigate complex or ambiguous situations with confidence, collaborating across departments to deliver timely, tailored outcomes. Help advisors and clients confidently use platforms like AdvisorComplete and Wealthscape. Document interactions in Salesforce to ensure clarity, consistency, and follow-through.
