As a Client Services Specialist at Emphasys Software, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Multifamily Housing programs. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have a strong understanding of multifamily housing. You will serve as the key liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and training on our software products. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your domain knowledge to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our Multifamily suite of products, which encompasses funding application entry, funds allocation, underwriting, compliance monitoring, asset management, and inspections. In this role, you will act as a single point of contact for our clients, working with urgency and empathy to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. You will also maintain system documentation and support our website, ensuring that our clients have access to the resources they need. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the Client Services Manager, Product Manager, and Development team to improve our solutions and meet the evolving needs of our customers. Training is another vital aspect of your role. You will identify areas for knowledge sharing and create documentation, videos, and webinars to educate new and existing clients on our software. Additionally, you will lead the creation and delivery of PowerPoint presentations at conferences, including our annual User Conference. Building strong relationships with customers is essential, as you will consult with them to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for increased engagement. Your ability to ask intelligent questions and provide professional services will add significant value to our clients' experiences.
