Requirements

• Experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital is REQUIRED
• Proficiency in veterinary terminology and medical collection procedures

• Displays integrity in all aspects of the position
• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
• Assist with medical record management and data entry
• Handle payments and billing processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Provide support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed
