Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing contact and sales support daily
  • Facilitate and guide clients through the enrollment process to ensure we are setting them up with products and services that meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for client enrollment and reporting
  • Continuously expand knowledge of sales strategies, products, services, bundles, and communication strategies
  • Deescalate client concerns utilizing active listening skills displaying empathy, sincerity, and care
  • Utilize all resources; maintain frequent contact with management, attend quarterly sales and performance reviews
