About The Position

Company 3's Client Services Team is driven by a commitment to maintain its reputation at the forefront of the industry by providing the most gracious and savvy hospitality possible. The client service team is responsible for attending to client and artist’s needs such as preparing coffee, serving drinks, ordering and serving meals. In addition, they maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area and ensure it is fully stocked. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, communicate and prioritize effectively under pressure, and should possess a genuine interest in providing exceptional service in a fast-paced creative workplace.

Requirements

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience.
  • Flexible with hours (late nights and weekends; holidays).
  • Strong understanding of both service and hospitality.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and shift priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment; adaptability; acute attention to detail.
  • Self- starter with an artistic eye and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to maintain polished and mature demeanor while attending to VIP clients.
  • Ability to listen, communicate well, and make connections.

Responsibilities

  • Build excellent client relations by creating a warm and inviting working environment.
  • Set up daily coffee and breakfast set ups, restock communal snacks and beverages.
  • Oversee all steps of service during supervised sessions, including greeting clients, ordering meals, preparing food and beverages and ensuring that visitor and staff requests are fulfilled with the utmost professionalism.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and common areas.
  • Order supplies and miscellaneous goods while maintaining a budget.
  • Plan and execute weekly events such as in house client happy hours and mid-day treats.
  • Plan and execute celebrations for birthdays and holidays.
  • Work with the larger Client Services team to plan and execute larger annual parties.
  • Order client gifts, handle reservations for client dinners.
  • Prepare Welcome Baskets for new clients.
  • Work directly with Operations to optimize efficiency within the department.
  • Run errands as needed.
