About The Position

The Client Services Representative (CSR) provides essential support to our external and internal customers. The CSR is responsible for the efficient, accurate, professional, and courteous handling of customer issues and questions. This position contributes to the quality of customer service and the overall success of PharmaLink.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office skills required: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Professional and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks and work independently.
  • Works closely with other departments to ensure overall success in the area of supplier administration.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1 – 3 years Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner received via phone, email, website, and JIRA ticket system.
  • Document as required customer inquiries in JIRA ticket system in compliance with SLA’s.
  • Communicate with Sales team for required customer information updates.
  • Create new accounts/shipping labels for customers.
  • Create customer Return Authorizations for manufacture processing as required.
  • Scan/audit documents through an optical character recognition application.
  • Support inter-related departments within PharmaLink by processing assigned requests.
  • Other related duties as directed management.
  • Assumes responsibility for special projects assigned from time to time by Management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Adherence with PharmaLink’s Professional Standards and Expectations.
