At Rocky Mountain Reserve our Client Services Team is the backbone of our company! You would play an integral role in the success and growth of our company and the retention and reputation of our company to our clients. As a Client Services Representative you will be responsible for assisting participants via inbound calls with their benefits account such as FSA, HSA, or COBRA insurance. We are an inbound customer service team with no sales involved. We focus on assisting and problem solving for participants. We are looking for reps who display great communication skills and have a positive, goal-oriented attitude to join our team. We want someone who is willing to go above and beyond for our participants and help to provide them with solutions and answers. We are open from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. Closed on major holidays and all weekends. This is an in person position NOT REMOTE Paid Training is provided.
