The Richmond SPCA is a prominent non-profit organization dedicated to animal welfare, recognized as a national leader in no-kill initiatives. Our mission is to foster a more compassionate community through essential programs that include pet adoption, retention, training, advocacy, and humane education. Each year, we rescue, rehabilitate, and successfully adopt out nearly 4,000 homeless animals, while also providing vital safety net programs designed to keep pets in loving homes and out of shelters. As a Client Services Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in our mission. CSRs are the face of our organization and are instrumental in building meaningful relationships with community members and the pets they care for. Your interactions will significantly impact the experiences of our clients as they seek and utilize our services. This position requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting clients with their needs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the confidentiality of client information. You will also handle payment transactions and participate in required training sessions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and committed to the well-being of both clients and animals.
