About The Position

We are hiring for a Client Services Representative/Window Clerk. In this position, you will be responsible for customer service on the phone, through email and at the service window. This full-time hourly position will report to the Warehouse Manager and be primarily responsible for establishing assisting in the needs of the warehouse staff, customers and truck drivers. The shift for this position is going to be 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Requirements

• Excellent respectful communication skills with customers and employees
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Self-motivated and works well with limited direction

Nice To Haves

• Strong attention to detail
• Working understanding of Microsoft office, WMS, SAP, and Excel
• Previous forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, voicemails and emails in a professional prompt manner
• Have working knowledge of the company and customer computer systems
• Accurately and timely enter data as required
• Able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks at the same time
• Willing to double check orders on warehouse docks
• Other duties may be assigned as business needs
• Checking drivers in and out and knowing the associated paperwork for them.
• Maintaining the dock door board, manage and accurately utilize the Opendock application. As well as enter correct data in Autosig.
• Working closely with the lead and warehouse employees.
• The ability and comfort to communicate via radio communication.
• Scheduling outbound trucks as needed.
