About The Position

Pacific Diagnostic Laboratories seeks a Client Services Representative PDL for their Core Lab Client Services department responsible for serving as the primary contact for clients of PDL services. Confers with clients to obtain and provide information about the status of laboratory results and reports and resolves routine questions and issues related to specimens and testing.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 2 years’ experience in customer service.
• Word processing, managing electronic files and records.
• 2 years’ experience in customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience in health care field.
