About The Position

Target Profile
Strong customer service or hospitality-based backgrounds (e.g., Disney Client Services have been successful)
Financial exposure preferred but not mandatory

Core Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day client contact for smaller to mid‑tier clients
Assist with:
Account opening
Asset movement
Navigation of systems and platforms
General inquiries and issue resolution
No direct transaction processing, but ownership of inquiry through resolution

Requirements

• Client communication via phone and email
• Microsoft Dynamics for client correspondence and tracking
• NetX360 as the primary client platform (used transparently with clients)
• Strong customer service or hospitality-based backgrounds (e.g., Disney Client Services have been successful)
• Highly people‑focused

• Eager to learn and grow
