  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of all phases while conducting site visits to verify progress and quality.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proactively address and resolve project challenges, implementing effective solutions to keep timelines and outcomes on track.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including specifications, change orders, and progress reports.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Design preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, design, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with furniture software is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle diverse client interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve client and project-related issues efficiently.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an office furniture dealer or manufacturer setting.
