About The Position
The Client Services Operations Support Representative I (SCA) is responsible for providing clerical support and efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments for Performant’s Healthcare Eligibility and Recovery Services business operations located in Lathrop, CA. This role includes clerical support such as copying, filing, processing documents and mail, performing basic data entry, and operating general office equipment. The representative will process incoming correspondence, including posting payments (checks, EFT, and debit/credit card), and will be required to contact insurance carriers and healthcare providers to gather payment information. The position demands adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
