About The Position

We're seeking a dynamic and versatile team member to step into a critical dual-support role that blends office operations and customer service leadership within our fast-paced Medicare-focused insurance agency. This position is designed with succession and contingency planning in mind, supporting both our Customer Service Manager and Marketing Operations Manager. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, with excellent communication skills and thrives under pressure.

Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
  • Prior experience in Medicare insurance, CMS regulations, and customer service leadership.
  • Strong multitasking skills with a high attention to detail and urgency.
  • Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and a willingness to grow into leadership.
  • Comfortable navigating chaos and bringing order with poise.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day customer service operations/reception and new business processing.
  • Assist in service team management; be willing to take calls and do hands-on work, especially during peak periods.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM for client tracking and reporting; monthly report generation required.
  • Provide general tech support for internal systems; must be tech-savvy.
  • Work with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt with current and future workflows including providing feedback, writing procedures and training staff.
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for agents and clients, especially during our busy season.
  • Understand CMS regulations and Medicare products; be ready for complex questions.
  • Monitor and understand commission tracking and business operations.
  • Stay flexible with hours-some overtime may be required during busy seasons.
  • Other responsibilities can include event coordination, supply ordering, and other tasks as needed to support the business operations.
  • Occasional travel to assist with training and office support may be necessary.
