About The Position

The Client Services position at Veritext LLC is focused on providing exceptional service to clients in the legal litigation and deposition solutions sector. The role involves managing client requests and issues proactively, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders. This position operates within the National Service Team and requires working hours from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm Pacific Time.

Requirements

  • 2+ years related experience in customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all client requests received via email and/or phone queue in a pleasant and professional manner and fulfill timely.
  • Resolve issues and/or escalate as needed; collaborate with applicable departments and/or colleagues to ensure prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with and provide support to reporters, agencies, videographers, interpreters, etc., treating them as key members of the team.
  • Contact partners on order changes and ensure they are fulfilled.
