About The Position

The Client Services Manager at BAYADA Home Health Care is responsible for providing superior customer service and managing the coordination of client services in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. This role involves building relationships with clients, referral sources, and community organizations while ensuring effective fiscal management of the caseload. The position also includes partnering with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees, making it integral to delivering high-quality home care services.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree is preferred.
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement).
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
• Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues.
• Manage Client Services Manager caseload while proactively growing it.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Maintain effective fiscal management of the caseload by monitoring metrics.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to provide supervision and support to field employees.
