Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years in security operations management.
  • 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Must pass an extensive pre-employment screening process

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily security services to ensure high standards.
  • Foster strong connections with clients and security officers, acting as the key liaison.
  • Meet with clients regularly to address issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Recruit, select, orient, train, and develop security staff to maintain high standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, review reports, provide training, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
  • Assist in developing staffing schedules, budgets, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as contracts.
  • Recommend new security policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
