About The Position

We appreciate your interest in RevTrax, part of Neptune Retail Solutions! As an integral part of our Client Services team, you’ll be focused on growing and retaining business from assigned key enterprise clients. We sell an Offer Management Platform - a SaaS and AI data platform that helps clients optimize their discounts, coupons and offers across their marketing efforts. Clients partner with RevTrax to solve their toughest challenges when it comes to controlling, measuring, and optimizing offers across every marketing channel. We disrupted a 100-year-old industry and built a truly unique solution. The Client Services Manager is a role that is responsible for fully owning a portfolio of clients and acting as the program execution lead on accounts. The role requires the team member to fully ingrain themselves in the client’s world – understating key pain points and providing solutions through the RevTrax technology.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including email, paid search, display, rich media, mobile, and other digital media.
  • Creative, analytical problem-solver who focuses on delivering client satisfaction.
  • Desire and ability to learn new things quickly and understand our products and operational processes.
  • Able to develop and deliver clear, insightful presentations.
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, grammar and punctuation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall satisfaction and retention of assigned clients.
  • Become an expert on RevTrax offerings and systems, and overall industry.
  • Clear understanding of client objectives including media and other incentive strategies.
  • Manage client onboarding with appropriate internal / external stakeholders.
  • Work with Client Partners on developing revenue growth plans.
  • Consult with clients and develop, implement, and manage digital promotional campaigns; work with internal teams, as necessary, to support campaigns.
  • Analyze campaigns, develop insights, and help clients interpret findings and understand opportunities for future campaigns.
  • Resolve client issues and work with internal stakeholders to propose solutions.
  • Document and update Account Guides.
  • Present data, insights, and recommendations in customer business reviews.
  • Meet with customers and potential customers virtually and in-person.
  • This role reports into VP, Client Services.
