Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team! The Client Service Manager (CSM) oversees the Project Management (Client Services) team and is responsible for ensuring a high level of client service and operational effectiveness. This role supervises Project Management staff, manages team productivity, and ensures that client deliverables are completed accurately and on time. The CSM also oversees accounts receivable activities, including billing, collections, and issue resolution, ensuring alignment with facility revenue and cash flow objectives. In addition to operational oversight, the CSM develops and implements strategies to support growth within house accounts while maintaining strong client relationships. The role is also responsible for training Project Management staff and ensuring compliance with required training and ongoing development programs. The CSM ensures the timely and accurate completion of key activities, including login review, reporting, and invoicing performed by the Project Management team. If the role includes direct project management responsibilities, a clear allocation of time dedicated to project work should be defined. The CSM also leads the evaluation and preparation of bids and proposals for new business opportunities and oversees proposal activity for the existing client base. This requires close coordination with operations, sales, and leadership teams to ensure proposals are competitive, accurate, and aligned with operational capabilities. Operating with limited direction, the CSM leads the day-to-day operations of the Project Management team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional client service. The role partners closely with senior leadership to implement structure, metrics, and performance measures that support effective communication, prioritization, accountability, and the achievement of corporate and facility goals. The CSM is accountable for managing client relationships from project setup through reporting, billing, and final invoice collection. This includes ensuring projects are properly scoped, executed, and delivered while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams. This position consistently acts in the best interest of Eurofins Environment Testing, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in all interactions. The CSM fosters a Client First culture, reinforcing best-in-class service standards while supporting business growth through proactive client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
