About The Position

We are seeking a Client Services Manager to lead and support the Client Services Team, with a focus on delivering an outstanding client experience across in-person, electronic, and phone interactions. This role oversees daily operations, ensuring consistent processes, a strong team culture, and an exceptional experience for both clients and staff. The Client Services Manager will develop and implement strategies to continuously enhance client service, lead and coach team members, and facilitate regular team meetings to align priorities and maintain accountability. Responsibilities include serving as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, overseeing client onboarding, coordinating projects to ensure timely and compliant delivery of services, and driving operational efficiency by refining internal processes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in Client Services or equivalent role.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and holding team members accountable for performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with emphasis on both oral and written communication when dealing with clients and other team members.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and organizational skills, consistently managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to analyze issues and develop effective solutions to overcome challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Competent in making independent decisions, utilizing sound judgment and critical thinking.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors and maintaining high standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of tax and accounting processes
