This role oversees daily operations, ensuring consistent processes, a strong team culture, and an exceptional experience for both clients and staff. The Client Services Manager will develop and implement strategies to continuously enhance client service, lead and coach team members, and facilitate regular team meetings to align priorities and maintain accountability. Responsibilities include serving as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, overseeing client onboarding, coordinating projects to ensure timely and compliant delivery of services, and driving operational efficiency by refining internal processes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
