About The Position

Are you a relationship-builder with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence? We're seeking a Client Operations Manager to serve as the key link between our company and high-value clients-ensuring seamless service, smart sourcing, and long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, procurement, or operations-preferably in Grocery, Distribution, or Food & Beverage
  • Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and procurement processes
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored, proactive solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service execution and issue resolution
  • Source and procure goods and services, including substitutions
  • Monitor inventory levels and process purchase orders
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries
  • Develop marketing schedules aligned with client goals and seasonal trends
  • Coordinate product rotations to enhance client engagement
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, procurement metrics, and client initiatives
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
  • Ensure all procured items meet required specifications and standards
  • Maintain compliance with internal and client expectations
  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution
  • Resolve complex service issues with urgency and professionalism
