About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
5+ years of experience in client relationship management, procurement, or operations-preferably in Grocery, Distribution, or Food & Beverage
Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and procurement processes
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Understand client needs and deliver tailored, proactive solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for service execution and issue resolution
Source and procure goods and services, including substitutions
Monitor inventory levels and process purchase orders
Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries
Develop marketing schedules aligned with client goals and seasonal trends
Coordinate product rotations to enhance client engagement
Prepare and present reports on account performance, procurement metrics, and client initiatives
Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
Ensure all procured items meet required specifications and standards
Maintain compliance with internal and client expectations
Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution
Resolve complex service issues with urgency and professionalism
