About The Position

Kittle’s Client Services Manager oversees daily business office operations, directing staff, answering questions and resolving issues to provide clients with an outstanding shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Previous retail management or client service management experience
  • Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong attention to detail and client-service focus

Responsibilities

  • Train, lead, and support client service team members
  • Maintain updated software skills, understanding of company processes and procedures, and vendor and product knowledge
  • Manage Business Office and cashier operations to support the sales team and ensure Kittle’s standards of service, efficiency, and accuracy are met
  • Act as liaison with clients, other stores and departments to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Monitor store traffic, staffing and coordinate with other managers
