Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or medical office preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Proven ability to take on increasing responsibility & meet goals
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow
- Strong computer skills (EMR experience a plus!)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service – Ensure clients receive outstanding home health care with compassion and reliability.
- Manage & Coordinate Care – Oversee scheduling, client needs, and service coordination.
- Build Relationships – Develop strong connections with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.
- Grow & Expand – Manage and proactively increase your caseload to help more clients in need.
- Collaborate & Lead – Partner with Clinical Managers to provide support and supervision to field employees.
- Monitor Performance – Oversee key metrics and ensure efficient fiscal management of your caseload.
