The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for the negotiation, creation, approval, and the implementation of national projects. These responsibilities include project development, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, up-selling, and invoicing. The CSM must also manage all related financial activities within CROSSMARK's process while providing a high level of service to client representatives and co-workers and assisting the organization in achieving a service excellence culture.

  • Develop national sales plans for clients and retailers within approved financial guidelines.
  • Achieve annual client budgets.
  • Establish and maintain sound client relationships.
  • Facilitate and load all retail projects through Project Administrators in SalesTrak following established rules and guidelines.
  • Monitor and report project results.
  • Collaborate with Field Support and Retail Management for complete and timely execution of retail tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing according to established rules and guidelines.
  • Provide documentation and backup for billing.
  • Maintain accuracy of authorized client billing form.
  • Ensure CROSSMARK receives payment for all invoiced work.
  • Actively seek opportunities to up-sell existing client base.
  • Complete all corporate administrative duties within established guidelines.
  • Project a professional image through grooming, dress, attitude, and actions.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
  • Highly experienced in retail operations and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • PC knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong Excel skills including data manipulation, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
  • SalesTrak skills for project loading, store list creation, and reporting.
  • Possess negotiation, project management, research, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Completion of formal CROSSMARK training program for Client Service Managers.
