About The Position

The Client Services Manager at PalAmerican Security is responsible for overseeing security contracts and leading a team to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff

  • Ensure security officers are adequately prepared for their assignments
  • Track and review KPIs with the Director of Operations
  • Conduct site assessments and client visits
  • Collaborate on recruitment needs and oversee client billing
