About The Position

The Client Services Manager at RIA Advisory Group is responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and managing client accounts. This role requires strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude, along with a solid understanding of financial services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience with financial planning software (Redtail, Right Capital) and familiarity with custodians like Charles Schwab and Fidelity is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Manage client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Maintain and update client account information in CRM and financial planning systems (Redtail, Right Capital).
• Assist in preparing client reports and presentations, including performance reviews and financial plans.
• Process account maintenance, transfers, and other financial transactions.
• Work closely with custodians like Charles Schwab and Fidelity to resolve account-related issues.
• Handle sensitive client information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs.
• Support the advisory team in operational tasks, ensuring all administrative processes are efficient.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and client experiences.
