About The Position

As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a vital role in balancing various responsibilities including leasing apartments, managing resident retention, marketing the community, and handling administrative and financial tasks. Your practical and compassionate nature is essential for success in this position. You will be expected to take on greater responsibilities as you gain knowledge of all aspects of property management. Maturity and good judgment are crucial, as you will be the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Community Manager. We are looking for someone who is a role model to peers, advocates for their team, and provides excellent service to both internal and external customers. This role is ideal for proactive, organized professionals with a team-player mindset and a passion for exceeding expectations.
