About The Position
Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining customer satisfaction through the performance and maintenance of reprographic equipment at customer locations, following established maintenance processes, and ensuring all account processes are properly recorded.
