About The Position

Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is seeking a Client Services & Hospitality Representative to support daily front desk, administrative, and hospitality operations in its Dallas office. This role is critical to creating a welcoming, professional environment while ensuring smooth office functionality. The ideal candidate is polished, service-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or corporate office environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to client service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and reception duties, including answering phones and greeting clients and visitors
  • Coordinate conference room reservations, setups, and meeting logistics
  • Maintain kitchen and pantry areas, including inventory management and ordering catering for meetings and events
  • Assist with planning and supporting internal office events
  • Handle copy and mail room services, including large print jobs, scanning, and processing USPS and FedEx mail
  • Assist attorneys with trial binder preparation and light document revisions or clerical projects
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate building maintenance requests and vendor services
  • Ensure the office environment remains professional, organized, and client-ready
  • Perform additional administrative and support tasks as assigned
