The General Account Change Representative will fulfill general account change requests for MBFS accounts in a timely manner. These requests include any changes to customer information, vehicle information, contract terms and payment information. This position must consistently provide high levels of CustomerONE service to both internal and external customers while adhering to company policies and operational procedures.

  • Prepare required documents for autopay enrollment and account modifications (due date changes, extensions, deferrals, restructures, retail account reschedules, substitutions of collateral, transfers of interest / equity, mid-term mileage requests) (30%)
  • Audit returned documents for accuracy and completeness. (30%)
  • Execute account changes in the portfolio system. (30%)
  • Respond to internal customer inquiries. (10%)
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application.
  • This position requires a minimum of 1 years of overall work experience.
  • Preferred experience includes: Business-General: 1 year, Customer-Service: 1 year
  • High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Client Services preferred.
