About The Position

The Client Services Coordinator is supporting our automotive marketing projects, ensuring programs run smoothly behind the scenes. Acting as the bridge between the Account Services team and delivery teams, this role manages and coordinates client needs, from organizing online content to supporting dealer showroom experiences. This position offers hands-on exposure to project management in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing
  • Minimum of 1 year of project/account management, sales or marketing
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
  • Strong presentation, writing and communication skills; ability to articulate clear direction
  • Excellent decision making skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with the demand of short deadlines and high-pressure situations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Computer literacy including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Assists Client Services Manager(s) in every aspect of delivering upon project and business needs
  • Owns multiple projects and/or deliverables
  • Acts as the central point of contact between delivery areas on assigned projects
  • Liaise between the company, production and account services to provide current project information
  • Communicates project scope, including feedback and direction from Client Services Manager(s), to internal team members
  • Responsible for preparing thorough and concise direction utilizing appropriate tools to ensure projects are kicked-off accurately with internal delivery areas
  • Coordinates and delivers projects within timelines and budgets, and ensures project scope as well as client satisfaction goals are met
  • Provides day-to-day tactical execution
  • Responsible for project and deliverable accuracy
  • Ensures adherence to brand guidelines
  • Tracks projects and participates in team status meetings
  • Produces project reports and identifies, monitors, and measures on key project results
  • Provides timely resolution of issues by following established escalation processes
  • Understands and follows delivery areas’ processes as required
  • Works with Client Services Manager(s) to establish and track budgets
  • Generates invoices and billing spreadsheets
  • Supports Client Services Manager(s) in the development of client presentations
