About The Position

Ensure all client data files are received and processed as scheduled. Analyze data to make sure that the data integrity goals are met and maintained. Prepare and maintain reports as needed. Communicate with all internal and external clients as needed to facilitate problem resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Enter appropriate data into databases accurately and timely
  • Cleanse and adjust address information related to product distribution
  • Monitor automated processes for all clients on a daily basis
  • Validate information within client files based on system generated notifications
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis concerning any issues as they arise.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and solving problems for internal and external clients and perform any follow-up work as required
  • Reconcile client data versus stored data as needed
  • Understand the company’s technology landscape and how each piece integrates with the others
  • Understand and use all systems within the Client Services department (CIS, SAP, TDS, etc.)
  • Understand all relevant data and communicate knowledgeably on it to internal and external clients
  • Keep up with various changes in the data sets and retain knowledge on processes and functionality
  • Other duties as assigned.
