About The Position

As a Client Services Consultant II, you'll: Own the Client Experience: Take full accountability for day-to-day service support, partnering closely with Account Executives and leading the administration of multiple complex clients. Lead with Purpose: Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, prepare impactful materials, and drive finalist and stewardship meetings. Think Consultatively: Offer creative, consultative solutions and identify innovative plan design alternatives. Deliver Excellence: Provide timely, outstanding customer service and foster lasting client satisfaction. Shape Strategy: Lead account audits, strategic planning, and partner with financial teams to deliver insightful client reports. Share Your Expertise: Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert for Customer Unit and National Accounts. Drive Growth: Support RFP responses, facilitate contract execution, and ensure compliance. Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends, competitor products, and legal developments. Master the Details: Apply analytical skills to MetLife's group products, services, and systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of insurance/account management/client service experience
  • Passion for client service and continuous learning
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and remain flexible
  • General understanding of employee benefits
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Webex
  • Self-motivation and proactive personal development
  • Willingness to travel (10%)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
