About The Position

The Client Service Consultant I will deliver exceptional customer service, serve as a liaison between the clients and MetLife internal departments, resolve client inquiries and develop and maintain proficiency in core skill areas: account and project management, problem resolution, implementation, and customer service. This role is responsible for overall accountability for day-to-day support of a block of customers focusing on Dental, Vision, Voluntary Benefits, Life and Disability coverages and Leave Administration. The position involves full life cycle duties from implementation, daily service, and ongoing customer-facing presentations. Success in this role requires a commitment to world-class service, achieving the highest levels of organization, and understanding the daily contribution to the success of the National Account model.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Microsoft Office Suite Experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note)
  • 3+ Years of client experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead your National Account block of customers with excellence.
  • Create dynamic relationships and moving presentations.
  • Oversee the customer experience as the single point of contact for MetLife.
  • Manage all day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, and even stronger internal relationships.
  • Coordinate yearly stewardships, customer visits, and project manage complex solutions.
