About The Position

Gerber Kawasaki is one of the fastest-growing and most influential Independent Wealth and Investment Management firms in the country. We are seeking a highly proficient, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Client Services Associate to provide outstanding support to our client services department. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join a diverse, well-established, and growing company. Salary is commensurate with experience in the $75k base range, along with competitive benefits and bonuses. This role is 100% in-office, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in financial services
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Fidelity (highly preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Fidelity experience strongly preferred)
• Advanced computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and DocuSign
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities across various systems
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality while remaining professional and poised
• Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate, problem-solve, and continuously learn

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advocate for our Financial Advisors, partnering with them to meet client needs
• Own client onboarding and lifecycle activities (new account opening, account maintenance, disbursements etc)
• Respond to advisor requests promptly and accurately
• Complete monthly and quarterly tasks, as well as ad hoc projects
• Embrace change and adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes
• Perform administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and online platforms simultaneously
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
