The Client Services Associate delivers high-quality operational and hospitality support within the onsite Business Service Center. This role primarily functions as an Internal Messenger, supporting mailroom and office services operations, with additional responsibilities as a Concierge when coverage is required. The associate is expected to maintain a professional, service-oriented presence at all times, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient support to clients, tenants, vendors, and internal employees.

  • Receive and release packages using the iOffice system, ensuring accurate chain-of-custody tracking
  • Deliver packages and materials to designated client spaces in a timely manner
  • Maintain daily activity logs and documentation
  • Send and respond to emails and answer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Provide general customer service support to employees and tenants
  • Escort vendors, including catering providers, to appropriate locations
  • Sort and distribute newspapers and other internal publications
  • Support office services and Business Service Center operations as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs.
  • Provide coverage during breaks, PTO, or periods of high activity
  • Deliver white-glove customer service and hospitality support
  • Greet and check in guests using Cove or similar visitor management systems
  • Answer phones and manage email communications professionally
  • Direct guests to appropriate floors, offices, or meeting spaces
  • Assist tenants and clients with large group arrivals or events
  • Maintain a polished, professional presence while standing for extended periods
  • Provide consistent, high-level customer service to all clients, tenants, and employees
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all interactions
  • Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Proactively seek additional tasks during downtime
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity required for operating office equipment and handling materials
