Requirements

Experience in client services or customer support
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Familiarity with IT service tools (ticketing software, CRM, etc.)
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

Support purchasing, invoicing, and warranty renewals
Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to sales proposals
Reviewing and approving vendor invoices for payment and resolving any related issues with invoicing,
Answer client calls and assist with inquiries and troubleshooting
Schedule and dispatch technicians to client sites
Manage service tickets and prioritize based on urgency
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience
