The Client Services Associate provides exceptional office and mail services, delivering operational functions in the following areas: processing of inbound/outbound mail, distributing/delivering of mail, shipping and receiving product and supplies to support onsite business service center, replenishing/organizing/ordering office supplies (pens, paper, toner), insuring copy/print machines are functional and stocked, serving as a backup to the front of office (reception/concierge), and providing light maintenance/cleaning. Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all employees.
  • Receive, sort, track, distribute, and ship mail and packages.
  • Serve as the primary contact for mail and package inquiries.
  • Operate and maintain multi-function devices; submit service requests as needed.
  • Assist with copy/print requests and monitor equipment functionality.
  • Maintain the Business Service Center and office areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Replenish office supplies, pantry, kitchen, and meeting areas.
  • Set up conference and meeting rooms as required.
  • Provide reception or concierge coverage as needed.
  • Train backup staff and assist with sensitive inquiries.
  • Perform light maintenance, cleaning, and additional tasks as assigned.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment.
  • Knowledge of shipping/receiving and packing procedures.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to work assigned schedules.
