Essential Functions: · Collaborate closely with the Client Services Specialist to streamline and support the order processing workflow. · Assist with follow-up tasks, including patient engagement calls and coordinating with prescribers to obtain outstanding paperwork. · Perform patient intake, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of medical necessity information in the system. · Request, review, and document pertinent medical records from physician offices to ensure all necessary information is collected. · Maintain clear and effective communication with internal team members to ensure smooth operations and resolution of any issues. · Participate in traditional and e-learning programs · Work effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments. · Perform all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind. · Perform other duties as assigned.
