About The Position

A hands-on, service-oriented role for someone who takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Deliver seamless mail, office, and client support services while maintaining a professional and efficient workplace experience. SPS Global is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Client Services Associate to support daily mailroom operations and office services. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth business operations by managing mail distribution, shipping/receiving, office supply coordination, and providing front office support when needed. You’ll help create a polished, organized, and client-focused environment through reliable service and strong attention to detail. This role combines mailroom operations, office support, and client service excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and follow procedures
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 40 lbs frequently (up to 60 lbs on carts)
  • Comfortable walking, standing, bending, kneeling, or sitting for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity for operating office equipment (phones, printers, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of related experience
  • Familiarity with mailroom, shipping/receiving, or office support functions
  • Working knowledge of multi-function devices (MFDs)

Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and log inbound mail and packages
  • Manage outgoing mail and shipping transactions
  • Distribute deliveries and notify employees upon receipt
  • Serve as the point of contact for mail and package inquiries
  • Handle shipping and receiving of materials and supplies
  • Maintain and replenish office supplies (e.g., paper, toner, pantry items)
  • Ensure copy/print machines and multi-function devices are operational and stocked
  • Submit work orders and assist with basic troubleshooting
  • Support meeting and conference room setups
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Business Service Center
  • Perform light maintenance and cleaning as needed
  • Provide 5-star customer service across all interactions
  • Offer reception/concierge coverage when required
  • Build strong relationships with employees and teams
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all interactions
  • Assist with training back-up staff on procedures
  • Proactively seek additional tasks during downtime
  • Determine when additional support is needed for sensitive requests
