The Client Service Associate is a key contributor to delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate administrative and operational activities on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely execution. As the central liaison between Financial Advisors and the Operations team, you will manage service-related workflows, track progress, and confirm completion. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives on follow-through, enjoys working with people, and is motivated to build a long-term career in wealth management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the connector between Financial Advisors and Operations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Translate advisor and client requests into clear, actionable steps for operational execution.
  • Work directly with clients to gather required data and documentation.
  • Partner with Operations to resolve issues, troubleshoot challenges, and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accountability for follow-up, status updates, and final execution.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision and organization.
  • Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients to build confidence and trust.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively ensure all requests are fully executed.
