Learn more about our services, industry experience and culture at weaver.com . Position Profile Weaver Capital Advisors is looking for a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. The Client Service Associate will support the onboarding of new clients, including opening new accounts and ensuring existing accounts are in order. They will execute cash and asset transfers. They will collect and file account statements and year-end tax information. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to their advisors. This includes scheduling, managing client calls, emails and expense reports.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of client services experience, preferably in financial services or at an investment advisory firm
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Ability to display a consistent, professional degree of communication
  • Must be comfortable talking on the phone
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to learn quickly and be adaptable to new processes, such as AI
  • Must be proactive and take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information
  • Must have excellent judgment; be an independent thinker and resourceful
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion
  • Experience in account management preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred
  • Experience in account management
  • CRM experience
