BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Milford, DE Office. The Client Services Associate will: Provide superior customer service Focus on the new hire training and onboarding process for new RN's and LPN's Run the background check process according to DE state regulations Build strong relationships with regional recruiting partners Build employee files Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues Manage your caseload while proactively growing it Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations

Requirements

  • Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
  • Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
