About The Position

Join our dynamic Client Services Team in New York City and play a vital role in executing high-impact digital campaigns across the US East, US Central, and Canadian markets. You will work closely with both Campaign Management and Customer Success to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in digital media, ad operations, or a related field.
• Direct experience with or understanding of ad tags and verification tags from systems like DCM, DoubleVerify, and IAS.
• Previous experience working at or closely with a media or advertising agency is a strong plus.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the final gatekeeper for campaign assets (e.g., tags and creatives), meticulously reviewing them to ensure they are complete and adhere to technical specifications before activation.
• Support Campaign Managers by building and configuring both Managed and Programmatic campaigns directly within the Ogury One platform.
• Conduct rigorous Post-Launch Quality Assurance to verify campaign setup accuracy and flawless execution across all platforms.
• Capture evidence of live campaign activation and create polished, client-facing PowerPoint decks demonstrating successful launch.
• Own the final step in the campaign lifecycle by accurately completing monthly billing and reconciliation to ensure timely and correct invoicing.
