The Client Services Assistant (Temporary) at the University of Notre Dame will support the recruitment team by assisting students, families, and visitors who contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. This role involves communication of travel plans, responding to emails, and managing other assigned duties, with a focus on providing excellent customer service during the admissions process.

  • Communicate travel plans between the Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Anthony Travel for admitted students.
  • Respond to general emails and forward those requiring the Officer of the Day's assessment and triage.
  • Manage other duties as assigned based on performance.
  • Associates degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in standard English.
  • Experience in using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Drive, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) applications.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Familiarity and/or experience using various media and customer relationship management software.
  • Support for dual career couples through a Dual Career Assistance Program.
