This position offers a flexible schedule of 30-35 hours per week, with the option for a hybrid work arrangement. Key responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing client relationships through thoughtful outreach such as sending sympathy and thank you cards, reaching out to potential clients to schedule attorney consultations, and building referral networks with hospitals, healthcare providers, financial planners, and other essential partners. The Director also oversees marketing campaigns, manages promotional materials, and coordinates community engagement events.
